The Daily Practice is a 45-minute workshop where I will teach your employees why a morning routine is so powerful, how they can implement a quick yet profound practice into their day, and what they can expect to experience in their daily lives as a result of this simple practice. This workshop is designed to fit seamlessly into a lunch break, an after or before work activity, or woven into a staff meeting.
I worked for years in health tech companies in the Greater Boston area, and was always hearing from my colleagues and friends about how they should be better about their health and wellness, and how they felt overwhelmed with responsibilities. Work can pull us in different directions, distract and distress us, and it can be all too easy to lose sight of our mental, spiritual, and physical health and wellbeing. That’s where The Daily Practice comes in. I am SO passionate about bringing this simple ritual to employees in all kinds of companies because it can truly change lives, and I have made it so easy by distilling the practice into a 10 minute format.
